PRIVATE ON-LINE SALE POMELLATO
JUNE 2024
1. INTRODUCTION: GUIDELINES
1.1. Pomellato S.p.A., with registered office at via Neera 37, 20141 – Milan, Italy (hereinafter the “Company”), authorizes the private sale (the “Private Sale”) of a selection of products bearing the ‘Pomellato’ trademark (hereinafter the “Products”). This regulation of sale applies to all the purchases made on the occasion of the Private Sale.
1.2. Subject of the Private Sale are the Products which will be available on the dedicated website, accessible to the following link: www.ffpomellatododo.com (hereinafter the “Website”). By accessing to the Website, you will be able to (i) view the Products and their relevant item codes, pictures, descriptions, available quantities and unit retail price VAT included and to (ii) proceed with the purchase of the Products.
1.3. The recipients of the Private Sale are exclusively:

the employees of the Pomellato Group’s companies based in the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Principality of Monaco, Spain (the “Pomellato Employees”);

the Pomellato Employees’ friends and relatives (the “Guests”), who have been invited exclusively by Pomellato Employees by using the relevant form received by e-mail, being understood that each Pomellato Employee shall be entitled to invite to the Private Sale no more than n. 6 (six) Guests.
1.4. The Products may have slide imperfections or minor defects, which prevent their sale through the standard sale channels.
1.5. The Company will not perform any repair, cleaning, polishing, refurbishing and/or battery replacement on the Products purchased on the occasion of the Private Sale.
1.6. The Products purchased on the occasion of the Private Sale cannot be returned or replaced.
1.7. The Products are purchased exclusively for personal use. Any resale is strictly prohibited.
1.8. Wearing the Products at ‘Pomellato’ boutiques for testing purposes, before making any purchase on the Website, is not allowed.
1.9. If a purchased Product is no longer available, the purchaser will receive an automatic refund of the amount paid for the purchase of that Product.
1.10. The pictures on the Website are indicative of the Products that will be delivered but can be different in the range of colors.
1.11. The price of the Products will be available on the Website in Euro only.
1.12. By accepting this regulation of sale, the recipients of the Private Sale acknowledge that all the materials uploaded on the Website (including, but not limited to, any image of the Products and/or of the Website, any description of the Products, any price list and the regulation of sale), as well as the link for the access to the Website and the log-in information (collectively the “Contents”) are strictly confidential. Therefore, the recipients of the Private Sale undertake to not communicate to third parties, neither to disclose, in any manner whatsoever, any Content without the prior consent of the Company.
2. PROCEDURE AND ORGANIZATIONAL PROVISION
2.1. The Private Sale will take place on the Website, which will be accessible upon registration, by using the appropriate link received by e-mail. The users, which have already made the registration on the Website on the occasion of previous Private Sales, shall be entitled to access to the Website by using the same login information previously used.
2.2. The access to the Website will be allowed at the dates and times as specified below:
- Pomellato Employees: from 18th June 2024 (opening at 8.00 a.m.) to 21st June 2024 (closing at 8.00 p.m.);
- Guests of Pomellato Employees: from 19th June 2024 (opening at 8.00 a.m.) to 21st June 2024 (closing at 8.00 p.m.).
2.3. Each Pomellato Employee and Guest can purchase a maximum of pieces as defined below:
- Pomellato Gold: 8 jewels (1 Nudo maximum)
- Pomellato Silver: no limits

3. ADMINISTRATIVE GUIDELINES
3.1. The purchased Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser and the relevant shipping costs (equal to Euro 13.00) shall be borne by the purchaser.
3.2. The purchased Products can be shipped exclusively to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Each purchaser shall insert on the Website the shipping address for the purchased Products. It is understood that (i) the shipping address cannot be changed following the receipt of the order confirmation by the purchaser and that (ii) the Company shall not manage, neither take into account, any request to change the shipping address, occurred following the receipt of the order confirmation by the purchaser. Should the shipping address result incorrectly typed by the purchaser and should the Company be not able to process the relevant order, the Company will contact the purchaser in order to request the correct shipping address.
3.3. The purchased Products on the occasion of the Private Sale will be delivered by courier to the address indicated by the purchaser on the Website.
3.4. The picking up of the purchased Products at the Company’s headquarter will not be allowed in any case and cannot be requested.
3.5. The purchaser can make the payment of the purchased Products by means of:

1. DISPOSIZIONI INTRODUTTIVE
1.1. Pomellato S.p.A., con sede legale in via Neera 37, 20141 – Milano (MI) (di seguito la “Società”), autorizza la vendita privata (la “Vendita Privata”) di una selezione di prodotti a marchio ‘Pomellato’ (di seguito i “Prodotti”). Il presente regolamento di vendita si applica a tutti gli acquisti di Prodotti effettuati in occasione della Vendita Privata.
1.2. Oggetto della Vendita Privata sono i Prodotti che saranno resi disponibili sulla piattaforma on-line dedicata, raggiungibile al sito web: www.ffpomellatododo.com (di seguito la “Piattaforma”). Accedendo alla Piattaforma sarà possibile (i) visualizzare i Prodotti e i relativi codici articolo, foto, descrizione, quantità disponibili e prezzo unitario di vendita IVA inclusa e (ii) procedere con l’acquisto dei Prodotti.
1.3. Destinatari della Vendita Privata sono esclusivamente:
-
i dipendenti delle società del Gruppo Pomellato aventi sede nei seguenti paesi: Belgio, Francia, Germania, Italia, Principato di Monaco, Spagna (i “Dipendenti Pomellato”);
-
gli amici e/o i familiari dei Dipendenti Pomellato (gli “Ospiti”) che siano stati invitati dai Dipendenti Pomellato utilizzando l’apposito form ricevuto via e-mail, restando inteso che ciascun Dipendente Pomellato potrà invitare alla Vendita Privata non più di n. 6 (sei) Ospiti.
1.4. I Prodotti oggetto della Vendita Privata possono presentare lievi imperfezioni o difetti minori, che ne impediscono la vendita attraverso i canali normali di distribuzione.
1.5. Sui Prodotti oggetto della Vendita Privata la Società non eseguirà alcun intervento di riparazione, pulizia, lucidatura, rimessa a nuovo e/o sostituzione pile.
1.6. I Prodotti acquistati in occasione della Vendita Privata non potranno essere resi o sostituiti.
1.7. I Prodotti acquistati in occasione della Vendita Privata sono destinati esclusivamente ad uso personale. Ogni forma di rivendita degli stessi deve pertanto intendersi tassativamente vietata.
1.8. L’indosso dei Prodotti presso le boutique ‘Pomellato’ a fini di prova, prima di effettuare un acquisto sulla Piattaforma, non è permesso.
1.9. Ove un Prodotto acquistato non sia più disponibile, verrà effettuato un rimborso automatico della somma corrisposta per l’acquisto di tale Prodotto.
1.10. Le foto sulla Piattaforma sono indicative dei Prodotti e possono differire nei colori per i Prodotti consegnati.
1.11. Il prezzo dei Prodotti sulla Piattaforma sarà disponibile esclusivamente in valuta Euro.
1.12. Accettando il presente regolamento della vendita, i destinatari della Vendita Privata riconoscono la natura strettamente confidenziale di tutti i materiali caricati all’interno della Piattaforma (a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo: immagini della Piattaforma e/o dei Prodotti e delle loro descrizioni, listini prezzi, regolamento della vendita), nonché del link di accesso alla Piattaforma e delle proprie credenziali di accesso alla Piattaforma (complessivamente i “Contenuti”) e si impegnano a non comunicare a terzi né a divulgare, in qualsivoglia maniera, alcun Contenuto senza la preventiva autorizzazione della Società.
2. MODALITÀ DI SVOLGIMENTO E DISPOSIZIONI ORGANIZZATIVE
2.1. La Vendita Privata avverrà a mezzo della Piattaforma dedicata, cui si potrà accedere a seguito di registrazione utilizzando l’apposito link ricevuto a mezzo e-mail. Gli utenti, che abbiano già effettuato la registrazione alla Piattaforma in occasione di precedenti Vendite Speciali, potranno accedere con le medesime credenziali utilizzate in precedenza.
2.2. L’accesso alla Piattaforma sarà consentito nelle date e negli orari di seguito specificati:
- Dipendenti Pomellato: dalle ore 8.00 del 18 giugno 2024 alle ore 20.00 del 21 giugno 2024;
- Ospiti dei Dipendenti Pomellato: dalle ore 8.00 del 19 giugno 2024 alle ore 20.00 del 21 giugno 2024.
2.3. Ciascun destinatario della Vendita Privata potrà acquistare un numero massimo di pezzi così definito:
- Pomellato oro: 8 gioielli di cui 1 Nudo
- Pomellato argenti: nessun limite

3. DISPOSIZIONI AMMINISTRATIVE
3.1. I Prodotti acquistati in occasione della Vendita Privata saranno spediti all’indirizzo indicato dall’acquirente, con spese di spedizione a suo carico pari ad Euro 13,00.
3.2. I Prodotti acquistati in occasione della Vendita Privata potranno essere spediti esclusivamente presso i seguenti Paesi: Austria, Belgio, Francia, Germania, Grecia, Italia, Lussemburgo, Paesi Bassi, Polonia, Portogallo, Principato di Monaco, Repubblica Ceca, Romania, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Spagna, Svezia.
Ciascun acquirente è tenuto ad inserire sulla Piattaforma l’indirizzo di spedizione dei Prodotti acquistati. Resta inteso che (i) l’indirizzo di spedizione dei Prodotti acquistati non potrà essere modificato dopo il ricevimento della conferma dell’ordine da parte dell’acquirente e che (ii) la Società non gestirà, né prenderà in considerazione, alcuna richiesta di modifica dell’indirizzo di consegna intervenuta dopo il ricevimento della conferma dell’ordine da parte dell’acquirente. Nel caso in cui l’indirizzo di consegna risulti digitato erroneamente dall’acquirente e la Società sia impossibilitata ad evadere l’ordine, sarà cura di quest’ultima contattare l’acquirente al fine di richiedere l’indirizzo di spedizione corretto.
3.3. I Prodotti acquistati in occasione della Vendita Privata saranno spediti a mezzo corriere all’indirizzo indicato dall’acquirente sulla Piattaforma.
3.4. L’opzione ‘ritiro in sede’ non è prevista in nessun caso e non può essere richiesta.
3.5. L’acquirente potrà effettuare il pagamento dei Prodotti acquistati in occasione della Vendita Privata esclusivamente mediante:
- Carta di credito;
- Paypal.
